When did you attempt Longs? At the trough you're almost there! If you got weather it was good to turn back, though.

Some buddies and I climbed Mt Meeker this last Saturday. Meeker is the big thirteener just east of Longs Peak.
 

July 17th... if I had the camera point the other way you would see some dark clouds coming in. WIthin 5 mins of taking that picture it was hailing and thundering. Was also hiking alone and was getting a wee bit of vertigo from the cliff.

Last weekend... I did Flat-top mountain and got hit with 2 inches of hail in the parking lot. I'm going to try to post those tonight.
